English Muffin Garlic Bread
  1. Slice the Muffin: Use a sharp knife to carefully slice the English muffin in half horizontally. 
  2. Create a Garlic Spread: Mix together 1 tablespoon of melted butter, 1 clove of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, and a pinch of freshly chopped parsley. 
  3. Prepare the Muffins: Put the muffins on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Then take the garlic spread and put evenly on each half of the muffins.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 5-7 minutes in the oven. Once they start to brown around the edges, set them to broil for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Watch Closely: Keep an eye on the muffins to ensure they don't over-toast. You want a nice, golden-brown color.
  6. Serve Hot: Once your English muffins are perfectly toasted, remove them from the toaster or oven, and let them cool for a moment before adding your favorite toppings.
