Back in 2015, we were smitten by the Napa-style rendition of this muffin and embarked on our quest to craft our own quintessential "ultimate" English muffin. Our English muffins are handcrafted. They start with a custom mix of flours and then olive oil is added to boast the flavor profile. Then the dough is shaped, placed in a bed of cornmeal to rise then griddled in clarified butter. They puff up to become light and airy creating a delightful golden brown crusty texture on both sides giving them amazing flavor.
